I wanted a sort of social network for electrophysiologist (cardiology doctors).

AppsInvo created the platform on which the doctors can now work on. Streaming photos and comments / opinion on medical cases.
How did you get to meet the AppsInvo team and what led you to hiring them?
I met AppsInvo on AppFutura. I had really few bucks, so I decide to hire them only because they offered to complete my APP for few hundred.
How was their project management?
They performed quite well, I don't have experience with other developers but they were very patient and professional with me.
Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?
Well, it took few months more than expected. That was a bit of a shock, but it is okay for me. I believe that if you want to do things well, you should take time and do it with calm.
Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

This is our first time working with an IT company and it is our first venture doing the business. After going through the reviews in AppFutura, we decided to hire this company.
After going through the reviews in AppFutura, we decided to hire this company. The project started back in 2019 May with an estimated completion of about 4 months. We awarded the project solely based on the previous development experience in the taxi app like Uber. We were under the assumption that they would be completing the project maximum in 5 months and were so excited that we would be launching the app in 5 months.
They delivered the design and 1st milestone in a couple of months, but after that our project was not prioritized and it seems they started giving priority to a different project. This caused huge delays in completing the milestones.
In the proposal, it was mentioned that I would be working with the BSA. We were hoping that we would be working with the BSA, but we had to work directly with the developers. Since we requested, they arranged for a BSA for just 15 days.
In the beginning of the project, everything seemed alright. Nikhil was handling the project, then Pushp took over the project. We were asking for the code for one of the milestones, but it took months to get the code, so we decided not to work with Pushp and started working with the developer/coordinator directly.
We had to constantly chase them for updates and status. The thing that really made us disappointed was the defects. We were able to find tons of defects and send them for fixing. Some of them were fixed, but most of them failed retesting. The reason for that is that there is no tester in the project. The tester who worked on the project did not have enough experience. So we took up the responsibility of testing the project.
95% of the project was completed after 1.5 years with some remaining things committed to be completed. There were a few items that had to be completed by them, but we went ahead and released the money that we committed because we didn't want to hold the money and it was not our intention.
Nikhil seemed responsive initially to the emails, but later on he was not. For some reason, we were not getting a response from him.
Because of the excessive delay, we had to go through lots of stress and suffered a lot. Though we were able to release the app, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed.
PROS:
Along the way, they were able to accommodate a few minor enhancements, which should be appreciated.
Though the communication is not good, one of the developer has a very good patience
CONS:
Excessive delay either due to lack of manpower or knowledge in the domain. Per my understanding they hire the junior developer and try to run the show, which could be the reason why there is excessive delay.

The project which should have taken 4 months took more than 1.5 to 2 years to complete. It was a mistake on our end for not doing the background check to verify if they truly had an experience in the taxi domain. We just awarded based on the reviews in Appftura. For anyone who wants to hire this company, you may need to do a proper background check. They may be experts in different domains and they might finish your project quickly, but with regards to taxi app, they definitely need to go a long way. The admin panel they delivered to us is a very basic one with no complex things. If they truly had prior experience, they would have completed the project long back and provided us with a robust system. If you are going to hire this company for taxi app, please do your due diligence before hiring in order to avoid the sufferings that we went through.

Biggest fraud in time. The project was supposed to be done in 4 months. It's been 3 years now and they didn't deliver what needed. Nikhil is the owner of the company and he know NOTHING in development. They still use PHP as a language for mobile apps. They claim that the have an Android developer but they actually don't. Nikhil lied many times and everytime he would have an excuse of being sick or death in the family. Not even one single time that he delivered a milestone on time.
Unforunately I paid him in advance and that was my mistake because he didn't refund anything and didn't deliver the work till now. We started in May 2019 and now it's March 2022.

our project was awarded 2017 in december and till now it was not finished, as our feedback that was send for correction of the builds returned many times void without correcting the issues. Now we cancelled the project and awarded another company that found out after checking the source code that source code is missing the major functionalities that we already paid for. So it looks like it's implemented but the backend is completely missing. We not only lost time and money through Nik and AppsInvo, but also have to pay for the work again our current company that is building the code for the functionalities that apparently were there. If that wasn't enough, Nik sold our App idea to somebody in New Zealand that replicated the App including the name, the user interfaces almost 1to1!!!!! We are now seeking to take legal action in India against Nik and his company for compensation, breach of confidentiality and conduct. Be aware! Scam of the highest degree!!! Also a note on Appfutura at this point : Please be more aware who you admit as a company on this site.
