I am the Founder and CEO of Strong Social, social media management, content writing, and lead generation company. We have 6 years in business and have worked with more than 500+ companies globally.

Explain what your project was about. Brainy Bulls develops websites for us and our clients.

The project and or many projects are website development and SEO work when we need it.

Explain to what scope extend BRAINY BULLS was involved in your project.

They take our brief on the project and execute and develop what we need them to do. They do from A-Z once we have handed a brief to them.

How did you get to meet the BRAINY BULLS team and what led you to hiring them?

I believe I met the Founder Syed on one of the social media networks. After speaking and reviewing their past work we decided to work together.

How was their project management?

Good

Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

Yes all good

Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

No, they have the expertise needed and went above and beyond our expectations by sending us training videos on how to make minor updates on our own that I asked for.

Customer Service, Speed of Delivery, and the ability to follow a brief exactly as presented. Also, the fact that you get to speak to the Owner of the company on each project and not just an account manager. The Ower Syed is highly skilled in his industry which helps make things run smoothly.

Is there anything you believe BRAINY BULLS could improve on?

Not that I see so far. At the moment we are good and the relationship is progressing well.

No at this time. We will continue working on new projects together and I am confident that they will go well.
