Explain what your project was about.

My Project was all about E-commerce web solution along with customer-centric mobile application to offer hassle-free shopping experience.

Explain to what scope extend DEV TECHNOSYS was involved in your project.

Initially, it was just a simple e-commerce solution with single seller architecture but later on, I wanted to allow a local seller to make an online presence and sell out product to the system, So the Dev Technosys’s team help me out to define a perfect architecture to achieve the best User Experience and program the same.

How did you get to meet the DEV TECHNOSYS team and what led you to hiring them?

I met them through Search Engine, I check out their portfolio and their work is amazing so I contact them for the same.

How was their project management?

They were quite flexible and flawless. The Dev team was very quick in adapting the processes and amended deadlines to accommodate our needs. They provided me access to JIRA project management tool where all backlogs and sprint were defined, so everything was streamlined and well planned so that the process can be very transparent.

Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

Yes, they provided me a detail project plan along with sprints and user stories. Everything was approved by me and they deliver as per their commitment.

Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

Dev Technosys's team is extremely collaborative and always open to our opinions. They've taken our inputs and incorporated the same in a way which made sense but also pushed back when it was necessary.

We had initial calls and I found them expert with the type of solution I was searching for. They presented very details software requirement specification document and after one to two revisions we both were on the same page and proceed further.

I have worked with few software development companies but I found Dev Technosys very caring with a client project. They bringing up my project like their own baby. The spirit of the company is that life's too short not to enjoy your job, which shines through from the management down. I attended a recent work event with Dev Technosys's staff in Charlottesville. At these types of events, there will usually be some pockets of resentments from people talking about their bosses, jobs, or clients. I never heard anyone from Dev Technosys say anything negative. They love their jobs and the projects developed by the company; they feel valued, and it's an unbelievable dynamic, with everyone feeling appreciated and challenged. I told some of them that (especially because they're young) they should realize the fact that not every company is like Dev Technosys. Having challenging, rewarding, and cool work in cutting-edge technology is a luxury and they can appreciate every second of it

Is there anything you believe DEV TECHNOSYS could improve on?

Nothing right off the top of my head, I can’t think of anything that stands out. It’s been a very successful engagement for them.

Is there anything else you'd like to add about DEV TECHNOSYS?

It was good because I spent so much time with everything else, and had limited time to spend with Dev Technosys. They put in their A-team. Without me micromanaging, Dev Technosys took a lot of initiative themselves.

You have to look at the team that built it and the guys they put behind it. It’s not one of these big development companies that outsource their work. They did all the work in-house, and I felt comfortable with the team. I got to know them, which helped tremendously. I can’t say enough about the team. They’re solid, and the design team was great.

Explain what your project was about.

The project scope was to update existing application with some advanced features.

DevTechnosys had to enhance few features available in my application like Fix screen dim, adding a deaf keyboard, updating characters etc.

How did you get to meet the DevTechnosys team and what led you to hiring them?

The original app idea was developed by DevTechnosys team only. They are working as a development partner for this project and they have complete understanding of this concept, so I hired them.

How was their project management?

I should say that they are fantastic at this prospect. I have done many projects with them and I always found them sustainable with their project management process. We used Trello for define task and gather updates.

Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

Yes, it was. They never break my expectations.

Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

Yes, they are well-qualified developers and always meet client expectations. There were multiple sessions for finalizing project scope and they understood everything perfectly and offered documentation to demonstrate their understanding along with project plan.

Operations Manager of 420Comply, a US based Risk Management solution providing company under health and wellness domain. 420 Risk Management serves to provide organized and easy to use and implement risk management training for regulatory guidelines that pertain to the cannabis industry. This includes marijuana grows, medicinal and recreational dispensaries as well as extraction labs and bakeries.

Explain what your project was about.

We required a Risk Management training program under health awareness industry for OSHA, HIPPA, MED and Food Safety and wanted additional support in managing our digital platform. The system has to offer a very comprehensive education and training library (audio/video) for the many regulatory requirements and topics that are necessary for learning and implementation.

Explain to what scope extend Devtechnosys was involved in your project.

Dev Technosys was involved in working on our website and the development of our Android and iOS mobile applications.

How did you get to meet the Devtechnosys team and what led you to hiring them?

We found Devtechnosys team through a referral. One of my co-worker had worked with them to develop an application. I’m not sure in what capacity, but he really liked the quality of work and the customer support that he had gotten, and he thought they would be a great place to look to potentially partner with. Our first call really sealed that for us. Their Business Analysts guy was just phenomenal, and I think that’s been indicative of the people I've worked with the entire time.

How was their project management?

Overall, Devtechnosys team has been flexible in accommodating our struggles to develop APIs and engage with a new type of technology. They coached us in order to build a more tangible component with good productivity.

They allocated the right resources to work with our internal teams, managing effectively our times. They also assigned a product manager who helped me curate the product backlog and roadmap from a strategic perspective. They listened to our challenges, proposed ideas, received feedback, and made thought-out plans to move forward.

Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

Yes, they delivered it as per our expectations only without any delay and extra budget.

Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

Yes, They have done what was necessary in order to develop what I wanted, how I wanted. This is an achievement in itself, and it’s not always the case. I have approached companies which promised me things, only to end up with a nonfunctional application.

It was not like a training program but we have to go over 2-3 Skype call to deliver what we wanted and listen what they have understood and approach towards the same.

It is their project development process that sets them apart. They had explained it to me in a very detailed manner before even the project was awarded to them. Secondly, I found the team to be highly responsive, accountable, and always ready to go an extra mile for the solution you want to achieve. They are truly an end-to-end mobile app consulting company that starts from detailed concept discovery and app consultation to app deployment and marketing.

They are good with what they are doing. I am quite impressed with the way they handled complicated parts of our project.

By profession I am a 3D character artist and having a small team. Our work involves ceramic murals, sculptures, decorations, large-scale oil paintings architectural designs for public and private clients in more than 30 countries. I am trained in drawing, painting, sculpture, and architectural design within the Western European Classical tradition, and have made an extensive study of sacred geometry.

Explain what your project was about.

It was about my personal website to promote my personal and professional along with a project management system to schedule and manage project task that me and my team getting. This website offers a way to get connected with us for any 3D industry related work by filling a simple form and preferences setup for online consultation.

Explain to what scope extend Devtechnosys was involved in your project.

The scope is more or less to create a forum or project management system for me and my client to manage work, submit work, schedules task and feedback for defined task and for now they are working on a payment portal, so that I can allow my clients to make payment for the work.

How did you get to meet the Devtechnosys team and what led you to hiring them?

I have worked for these guys in past over a 3 D object rendering project ,so I have good business relationship with them and once I wanted to have my own website then I approach them.

How was their project management?

The project management is quite fantastic. You will found everything in written with all feasible solution for your project and they also provide me a project plan to schedule and delivery every single task. I think they follow agile sort of methodology for work delivery.

Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?

DevTechnosys did an outstanding job. Me and my team are very happy with their performance, hope they will keep it like that for my new projects. Initially there were some delays but they recover it with time.

Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?

Yes, I should say that technically there are very strong as they are having a vast pool of technologies to work on and having reliable resources. No they don’t.

There are many things that can be considered as best with Devtechnosys like technical skills, communication was superb and most important thing is their availability on weekends to complete the project and obviously project management approach.

Is there anything you believe Devtechnosys could improve on?

Yes, they should work on their testing capabilities as sometimes I found them with silly mistakes that should not be there however they recover it but it would be best if they can improve more on it.

Is there anything else about your experience with Devtechnosys that you would like to share?

My experience is quite good with them and hope to keep it same for my future projects.
